Natural Gas Fundamental Analysis December 13, 2012 Forecast

Analysis and Recommendations:

Natural Gas continued to tumble today, falling below 3.40 to trade at 3.397 off by 0.015. Natural Gas just a few months back was trading below the 3.00 range and was expected to trade at a seasonally adjusted price in the range of 3.32. Traders ran up the prices on export demands and weather predictions. Demand was increased for the short term as nuclear reactors were down for maintenance but this was a slight blimp upwards. Traders are now looking for risk and reward before the end of the year and have dumped the commodity hard.

Traders are hoping tomorrow’s inventory report will show a decrease in stock. There is no other fundamental news to support current prices, the commodity remains bearish.

FxEmpire provides in-depth analysis for each currency and commodity we review. Fundamental analysis is provided in three components. We provide a detailed monthly analysis and forecast at the beginning of each month. Then we provide more up to the data analysis and information in our weekly reports.
