Natural Gas Fundamental Analysis December 25, 2012, Forecast

Analysis and Recommendations:

Natural Gas is trading at 3.393 down a few pips as traders don’t seem to be able to make up their minds what to do with this commodity. After climbing to a recent high of 3.9999 traders dumped the commodity as fast as they to push it below the 3.30 price level. Now it has climbed a bit but again is weak as weather forecasts are mixed and residential use is limited ahead of the holiday week. Traders will wait to see inventory later this week, but gas is expected to remain stuck in the bottom of its range until cold weather sets in for the US.

Global markets are closed for the Christmas Holiday; many will reopen on Wednesday while some countries are out for additional days. There is no eco data on the calendar for December 25^th.
