The New Zealand dollar exploded to the upside during the trading session on Tuesday, as the US dollar was sold off against almost every currency I follow. Because of this, looks like short-term pullbacks will be buying opportunities as the “sell the dollar” trade has come into the market full force. Perhaps this is a liquidity picking up due to traders coming back from holiday, but nonetheless it looks like we have another round of greenback selling in general. Because of this, I believe that the market continues to offer “buy the dips” opportunities.
