Estonia Inflation Rate

The annual inflation rate in Estonia rose to 4.9% in November 2025, following a five-month low of 4.6% in October. Prices increased faster for food and non-alcoholic beverages (6.5% vs 6.3% in October), transport (10.6% vs 7.7%), health (11.1% vs 10.6%), housing (3.3% vs 2.5%), hotels, cafes, and restaurants (5.3% vs 3.9%), miscellaneous goods and services (4.6% vs 4.3%), communications (2.4% vs 1.2%), and education (1.6% vs 1.1%). Additionally, costs remained steady for household goods (1.9%), and deflation eased for clothing and footwear (-5.7% vs -6.9%). Meanwhile, inflation slowed for alcohol and tobacco (5.8% vs 6.2%), while prices declined for recreation and culture (-0.1% vs 5.6%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices fell 0.2% in November, following a flat reading in the previous month.
