Exness donates 100,000 meals through the UN World Food Programme’s app ShareTheMeal

For each trade, Exness gave back a token of appreciation to its clients which also translated to funds being raised for a charitable cause.

Over 20,000 participants from 49 countries took part in the charitable campaign, 9,000 of which were from the MENA region, where Exness once more supported ShareTheMeal, an initiative of the UN World Food Programme, which aims to combat world hunger.

Exness Regional Director for MENA, Mohamad Ibrahim, commented “For the second year, the covid pandemic has fuelled the rise of even more poverty and hunger around the world. Initiatives like ShareTheMeal are more important than ever before, but equally important is the support and funding of such charitable schemes from the private sector. We are glad we can contribute to communities in need in whatever way we can, and we feel honoured that we did it alongside our traders, who made these donations possible through their participation in this campaign.”

ShareTheMeal has had an incredible impact to date, with over 117,000,000 meals shared so far with families in need, and a global user base of over 5,000,000 people. Anyone can join the global community on the simple and user-friendly mobile app, and donate whatever amount they wish to help fight hunger.
