The Company's operating divisions, CompGlobal, Diamond State Group, Penn-America Group, United National Group, and Wind River Reinsurance Company, Ltd., are providers of specialty property, casualty, and workers' compensation coverage for specialty risks, programs, and niches. Global Indemnity's multi-channel distribution network consists of U.S. and international operations. The Company is based in Dublin, Ireland.
