FAQ
How are these buy and sell signals calculated?
Each pair is scored on every timeframe by 12 moving averages and 10 oscillators. Every study counts as bullish, bearish or neutral, and the rating is the balance between them: Strong Buy when nearly all agree upward, Buy when more point up than down, Neutral when they are split, and Sell and Strong Sell the same way in reverse. Ratings are recalculated automatically as new candles close on each timeframe.
Which timeframe should I look at?
The one that matches how long you hold a position. Day traders usually watch 15min to 1H, swing traders 4H to Daily, and longer-term traders Daily to Weekly. Shorter timeframes change more often and produce more false signals.
Why does the same pair show Buy on one timeframe and Sell on another?
Because trends differ by horizon. A pair can be rising over weeks while it pulls back over hours. When the longer timeframes are buying and the shorter ones are selling, the trend is usually still intact and price is pausing inside it. The disagreement itself is information.
How is this different from a forecast?
These ratings are computed from price action only. A forecast adds analyst judgement about news, central banks and positioning. Use the technical summary to see what the market is doing now and the forecast for where an analyst expects it to go.
