The EUR/GBP pair broke down significantly from the 0.90 level after the Bank of England suggested that perhaps an interest rate hike was coming in the near future. This of course has people buying the British pound everywhere, and with the EUR dropping a bit in general, it makes quite a bit of sense that we continue to go to the downside. The next major support level I see as the 0.88 handle, and I feel that we will probably go looking for that level in short order. I believe rallies will continue to be selling opportunities.
