EUR/USD

The market was largely in a sideways direction during most part of the day on Tuesday. The pair is on a downwards channel for the past three sessions, and need to break the downtrend channel to move higher. The area around the 1.20 level is an important zone and move above there will be bullish. GBP/USD

The GBP turned bullish during the Tuesday’s session and shot higher above the 1.3250 level. If the market sustains this key level, then it will continue to move forward towards the 1.34 handle. It is expected to witness volatility in the counter as it moves higher. If the pair breaks below this key level of 1.3250, it will probably move lower towards the 1.32 and below. …Read More

AUD/USD

The AUD fell initially towards the 0.80 level on Tuesday’s session but found enough support to bounce back and will probably go higher. The market is in sync with the gold prices and will react accordingly to the movement in gold prices. USD/JPY

The pair continued its bullish trend on Tuesday’s session testing the key 110 level. Given this large upside movement in the last two trading sessions, the market seems bit overbought and may try to correct a bit. Any pullback in the market will provide a good buying opportunity.
