Our Verdict

Toobit is one of the newer exchanges, having only launched in October 2022, and now has over 4.3 million users and averages $15+ billion in daily trading volume. The platform also boasts a professional-grade trading platform and industry-leading security, making it a strong choice for casual traders as well as social and copy traders.

Toobit competes with the biggest exchanges with its low trading fees, fast order execution, and features like social, bot, and copy trading. However, the platform lacks bank and wire transfers, leaning on crypto and P2P trading. It also lacks options trading and an NFT marketplace, features that are available on many top crypto exchanges. The live chat customer support response quality could also be improved.

Toobit Crypto Pros and Cons

Pros  Cons
  • More than 570 spot trading pairs and over 727 future markets
  • 0.0% maker/taker spot trading fees on major pairs
  • Futures BBO on various perpetual contracts, up to 500x leverage (select pairs)
  • Simple interface that’s easy for beginners to navigate
  • Exclusive 200 TradFi & tokenized stock futures
  • Copy trading marketplace for beginners
  • TradingView chart integration
  • API support for automated trading
  • No direct fiat bank transfers. Only P2P withdrawals
  • Options trading and native NFT marketplace are not available
  • Limited passive earning options

Is Toobit Right for You?

Not all traders are the same. You may be looking for apps that are simple to use, or you may want something deeper and more sophisticated, such as multipliers or social trading. When reviewing exchanges, we cater to all types of traders, and we have split them into seven major groups.

Our approach allows for clarity about trading strategies and their requirements. We evaluate, prioritize, and document major factors, and we identify the extent to which the exchange addresses the needs of each target group.

Toobit perfectly suits traders who are looking for auto, social, and copy trading features. Toobit has a variety of trading bots, such as Grid bots, DCA bots, Algo bots, and Arbitrage bots. Replication of trades, closing of signals, and following up to 5 top traders at the same time, which may be a limitation for some traders. Of the many crypto exchanges I’ve used, it offers one of the most extensive systems.

The Spot DCA bots were also very helpful in letting me build my positions at an average price, and the Rebalancing bot keeps my portfolio diversified so I’m not too exposed to one particular cryptocurrency. The only thing I would have wanted to change is that the DCA bot is only available for crypto assets.

Pros
  • Zero-slippage copy trading
  • Good number of native automation bots
  • Transparent leaderboards for top copy traders
  • Cross-asset copy options available
  • Regular campaign bonuses for copy traders
  • Customizable follow settings for setting risk exposure
Cons
  • Profit-sharing cut, up to 12%
  • No copy trading demo mode
  • No in-depth social integration in the platform

Toobit is a perfect match for casual traders, offering some of the most competitive trading fees in the industry and a very wide library of tradable assets. I found both the desktop and mobile platforms intuitive and easy to use.

Placing trades on Toobit was straightforward, with instant execution. In my experience using this platform, the biggest drawback for casual traders will be the limited token Launchpad, especially those coming from the likes of Binance and MEXC.

Pros
  • User-friendly platform
  • Great P2P marketplace with 30+ currencies
  • Leverage up to 500x on selected pairs - use with caution
  • One-tap copy trading
  • Low minimum order size
Cons
  • Limited Launchpad
  • No direct bank withdrawal option
  • Limited built-in educational content

High leverage and derivative traders will like Toobit. The platform provides some of the highest leverage of any exchange I’ve used, up to 500x in XAUUSDT perpetual contracts. I used the desktop version, and it provided me with everything I needed for in-depth technical data analysis and trading strategies. The platform also offers wallet security features, such as withdrawal whitelists, QR code scanning, and warning messages for inputting wrong addresses, etc.

While using Toobit, I found the trading fees of Toobit to be lower than average in the industry, while the exchange has very high liquidity. My trades were done instantly without any problems, and I also didn’t face any trouble with trading on the exchange. The only downside I found is that Toobit doesn’t support options trading.

Pros
  • Up to 500x leverage on XAUUSDT
  • Massive library of tradable assets
  • Best Bid Offer execution for optimal order book entries
  • Flexible position modes
  • Low maker fee
  • Zero-slippage engine
Cons
  • No options contracts
  • Funding rate volatility
  • High liquidation risk on high leverage
  • No dated quarterly delivery features

Toobit’s advanced Auto-Invest and Spot DCA features make it ideal for DCA (Dollar-Cost-Averaging) investors. These tools can be set up for repeating orders according to time and price alteration. With Auto-Invest, you can decide which cryptocurrency you want to invest in with your Toobit account or through your debit/credit card using stablecoins. The Spot DCA bot also automatically executes buy and sell orders in your account as the price of a cryptocurrency drops or rises, respectively, to realize a lower average cost of acquisition.

Toobit seems to be the perfect platform for DCA investing for me, given that the fiat deposit process was quick and the credit/debit card option is available for DCA orders. One problem I’ll point out here is the lack of direct bank and wire transfers, which may be a limiting factor for some. I found the standard DCA bot easier to use than it is to set up via API access, though they work the same.

Pros
  • Automated DCA bots
  • Promotional Zero-Fee Spot Trading
  • Zero deposit fees
  • DEX+ Web3 integration
  • Free convert feature
Cons
  • No direct bank deposit
  • No fiat DCA option

Our tests show Toobit to be an excellent platform for day traders, as it offers an advanced desktop platform, a large number of cryptocurrencies, and a seamless trading experience. The exchange has up to 500x leverage on a select perpetual contract, up to 100x on most other contracts and a very high liquidity score on CoinMarketCap, which makes Toobit an overall great platform for day trading.

The desktop application was distraction-free during my testing. It is simple, has an intuitive interface that makes opening and managing positions easy, while the advanced order forms allow for high-order customization.

Pros
  • High-performance matching engine
  • Full TradingView integration for advanced tools
  • Support for futures BBO entry
  • AI-powered market insights
  • Very intuitive mobile app
  • Low trading fees
Cons
  • Limited Launchpad
  • Limited native algorithmic execution order

Toobit is a perfect trading platform for hodlers looking for a user-friendly exchange to buy and hold assets. The exchange has a 1:1+ reserve of all customer funds, which should provide peace of mind to traders who want to HODL their assets on the platform.

The platform has a $37.78 million Toobit Shield Fund, which might not be the biggest in the industry, but protects traders in open positions. Toobit also has a user-friendly platform that makes it easy to buy crypto, manage my portfolio, and earn passive income on my holdings.

Pros
  • Verified 1:1+ Proof of Reserves
  • Toobit Shield Fund available
  • Cobo institutional custody
  • Yield opportunity via Toobit Earn
  • Very intuitive mobile app
Cons
  • Offshore legal jurisdiction
  • Account inactivity flags
  • Fewer staking options

Toobit is okay for algorithmic traders seeking API access. However, I found that it doesn’t support high-frequency API trading or have a dedicated API sandbox environment where you can test your API strategies.

Pros
  • Robust REST & WebSocket APIs
  • Open-Source MCP AI Agent Trade Kit
  • Very low maker market rates
  • Granular API security available
Cons
  • No Institutional Co-Location
  • Limited historical data available
  • No API sandbox available
  • Fewer SDK libraries

Supported Countries and Regions

Supported Countries

Toobit accepts users from over 100 countries and regions, which is a very high number for a relatively young crypto exchange.

The exchange accepts users from countries including the US, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and many other European nations, which is a huge plus for the exchange. However, it restricts debit/credit card purchases for users from the Belarus, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Venezuela, Yemen, Libya, Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Mainland China, Cameroon, Haiti, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Pakistan, Palestine, Trinidad and Tobago, Brazil, Canada, South Korea.

Toobit Crypto Background

Toobit is a centralized crypto exchange and was founded in October 2022 by a group of former Bybit and Huobi employees. They are registered in the Cayman Islands. While Toobit is a newer exchange with a shorter history in a crowded crypto exchange market, it has grown a lot, thanks to its emphasis on derivatives trading, zero fees, and ease of use.

The exchange is international and offers services in various regions around the world, with availability varying by regulation. Toobit features copy trading, API integration, trading bots, Launchpad events, and an ever-expanding trading tool ecosystem.

Security & Transparency

4.6
How Did We Test The Exchange’s Security & Transparency?
Assessing a crypto exchange’s trustworthiness is crucial. To help you decide which exchange to use, we meticulously tested each exchange’s proof of reserves, deposit insurance, and cybersecurity measures, examining how well they protect traders and investors. Additionally, we evaluated the exchange’s stability by studying its history of hacks and the jurisdictions it operates in. Finally, we thoroughly reviewed all of the exchange’s legal documentation and publicly available information about its founders, drawing conclusions about their transparency. Our hands-on approach, including real-world testing and direct evaluation, ensures that even novice traders have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
Chart

Toobit has all the industry-standard security protocols you would expect from a top exchange and also provides users with a range of strong account protection measures.

✔️ The platform has no history of exchange hacks or fund losses.

📜 Registered with FinCEN (U.S.), VASP (Europe), AUSTRAC (Australia) and MSB (Canada)

🛡️ Has a bug bounty program, two-factor authentication, and multi-biometric login

⚠️ Small security fund

Toobit Security Overview Details
Proof of Reserve (PoR) Yes
Insurance  $37.78 Million Toobit Shield Fund
KYC Verification Optional
Security Audits  ISO 27001  (annual)
Account Security  2FA (Google Authenticator, SMS & Email), withdrawal whitelists

Proof of Reserves & Insurance Coverage

Toobit takes care of the transparency issue in the exchange industry by releasing Proof of Reserves (PoR). Toobit’s asset backing is on a 1:1+ basis with more than 100%. The exchange releases Proof of Reserves attestation once a month and surveillance orders once a year and uses a Merkle tree verification system that enables users to verify the assets they deposit independently.

Bitcoin’s reserve ratio is 108%, which is overcollateralized, while Toobit’s USDT reserve ratio is 105%. Toobit’s security and compliance are independently verified by blockchain security & compliance firm Hacken for extra transparency.

Account Security

I found that Toobit doesn’t compromise on security and has put several levels of security right after I registered my account.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security over the account login and password. If someone finds your username and password, they will still need to have access to the authentication code in order to log in.

Anti-Phishing Code: Right after my account registration, Toobit generated an anti-phishing code for me, which was displayed in all their official email messages from Toobit. If an email message doesn’t contain this exact code, you’d easily be able to tell that it was not from Toobit.

Withdrawal Verification: Another security feature that’s on most top exchanges that I found on Toobit is withdrawal verification to confirm that all money going out of the account is confirmed.

Email Verification: Any significant actions that cause a change to the account must be confirmed by the account owner’s registered email address. This adds an additional security barrier for account administration.

Device Management: I could at any point view all the devices I have ever logged in to and delete any devices I don’t trust or no longer have access to. This is a good idea if you’ve recently changed your smartphone or travel a lot.

Risk Monitoring: Toobit constantly monitors accounts for unusual activity such as unusual login attempts and possibly ‘bogus deals’. The number of these features might seem standard now, but if combined, they form several obstacles to unauthorized access.

Licensing & Regulation

Right from its launch, Toobit has put a lot of effort into licensing and regulation to position itself for international expansion. The exchange is registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business (MSB) in the United States and thus subject to anti-money laundering (AML) requirements that apply to registered money services businesses.

It additionally has an MSB registration in Canada, a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration in Europe, and they then used this registration to get AUSTRAC, helping its ambitions to function within identified regulatory frameworks in relevant jurisdictions.

General Reliability

On HackenProof, Toobit has an active bug bounty program that rewards developers with up to $10,000 for finding and reporting bugs on the web and mobile application. Toobit has also managed to maintain excellent order execution during periods of very high volatility in the crypto market. It also maintains transparency, with regular announcements on social media pages about maintenance, new listings, system updates, and promotions.

Verified Trust Scores

Toobit has received positive reviews from several leading independent exchange websites, ranking highly on CertiK and CoinGecko, but in the middle of the pack on Cer.live and CryptoCompare. Toobit maintains a self-funded insurance pool to protect users in extreme situations, with its Toobit Shield Fund of over $37.78 million.

Rating  Score
Skynet CertiK Security Score A – 81.84
Cer.live Security Rating BB
CoinGecko Trust Score 8/10
CryptoCompare Grade C

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Toobit will need you to verify your identity before granting you access to higher withdrawal limits and to some regulated services, but if you trade Spot and Futures, you don’t need to do KYC identification. The verification process is usually easy and will require you to provide your full name and the certificate number of a government-issued identity card that you own. This Basic Verification check does not require you to upload a copy of the ID card and is completed instantly.

When I went through the Advanced Verification process on Toobit, I found the KYC was handled by Sumsub, which means the process is fairly straightforward and hassle-free. You send over pictures of your documents, take a selfie, and Sumsub handles the rest, verifying your account in just a few minutes.

Is Toobit Safe To Trade With?

Overall, I found all the necessary security infrastructure I expect from a top cryptocurrency exchange in 2026 on Toobit. With its Proof of Reserves feature, cold storage, multi-factor authentication, withdrawal verification, anti-phishing measures, compliance with KYC, and continuous risk monitoring, it provides multiple layers of protection against cyber threats and account takeover.

The Toobit exchange has never been hacked since its launch in 2022; however, its X (Twitter) account was compromised in February 2025. Toobit also highlights a dedication to transparency in the exchange by verification of reserves and ongoing compliance measures. The only security concerns I came across when using Toobit are that the company is legally registered in the Cayman Islands, but with no disclosed physical head office, as the team is distributed and that they have only their own insurance and not third party insurance.

Trading Experience

4.5
How Did We Test The Exchange’s Trading Experience?
We understand that an intuitive and functional interface plays a crucial role in your crypto trading experience. That's why we spent many hours testing the exchange’s web, desktop, and mobile trading platforms to gain a real understanding of their usability, functionality, and overall performance. By experimenting with different modes — lite and pro — we assessed the range of trading options, API offerings, conditional orders, and other features. We conduct real-life testing: we open an account, pass KYC, deposit funds, execute trades, and withdraw funds. Our opinion, based on a thorough examination of every aspect of these platforms, helps you make an informed choice.
Chart

Toobit is available on both desktop and mobile, offering the same trading instruments, features, and pairs, allowing users to switch seamlessly between devices.

💻 Advanced trading tools with TradingView integration for detailed technical analysis.

📈 Copy Trading is beginner-friendly, letting users follow the strategies of expert traders.

🚫 Lacks dedicated Lite Mode, which may limit usability.

During my testing, I found this platform to be excellent for both beginners and traders, providing a very intuitive, clean user interface along with advanced charting tools, direct TradingView integration, trading instruments for in-depth analysis, and conditional orders for spot, margin, and derivatives trading. While a dedicated Lite Mode would have been great for beginners, Toobit is still beginner-friendly, featuring a user-friendly interface, demo accounts, and copy trading.

Trading Test

For the trading test, I thoroughly evaluated the Toobit exchange. The process involved signing up, completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, logging in, depositing funds, opening trades, and making withdrawals. I also tested the trading functionalities, including its integration with TradingView. Based on this comprehensive test, here’s my detailed analysis:

Step 1: Setting Up and Funding Your Account

Signing up on the Toobit exchange is very straightforward to complete. You need to use an email address or phone number, and it also supports third-party sign-in using an Apple, Google, or Telegram account. You can sign up with just your email/phone number and a password without being initially asked to complete a KYC check. If you want a comprehensive guide. they also have an onboarding page to help you. If you want to enjoy up to a 20% trading fee discount and $15,000 in welcome rewards, I discovered that the best time to get the fee discount is during your initial signup process.

After registering, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email/phone number. You can skip this step if you register directly with your Google, Apple, or Telegram account. After completing the process, I proceeded to deposit crypto so I could begin trading on the platform. Depositing crypto is fairly straightforward, but you can also buy crypto via credit/debit cards and third-party providers directly on the platform.

There is a quick deposit button at the top right-hand of the screen, which you can click on every time you are logged in. During testing, I was able to easily make a 100 USDT (BEP20) transfer, with the platform generating a QR code so you don’t need to spend time typing the deposit address.

Step 2: Trading

With funds available, the next step was testing the trading platform itself. The trading screen follows a familiar layout used across many professional cryptocurrency exchanges. If you’ve used any crypto exchange recently, you’ll feel very comfortable navigating the interface right off the bat.

Step 3: Withdrawal and Review

Making withdrawals is also quick and easy on this platform. You can easily initiate a crypto withdrawal in just a few steps, with the platform asking for three forms of verification using SMS, email, and Google Authenticator before confirming the withdrawal. A feature I like is the address whitelist, which allows you to skip the 2FA each time you make a withdrawal to addresses you pre-approved.

On Toobit, I found that on-chain withdrawals are processed quickly, with the only real wait being network confirmations; there is no bank withdrawal route, which is a limitation.

Desktop Version

My experience using the Toobit desktop app is comparable on many fronts to top-tier exchanges like Binance and MEXC. Toobit has very intuitive, easy-to-use order forms, which I generally found to be very helpful. It follows the same general layout as you would expect from a top crypto exchange, making it easy to get used to if you’re moving from another exchange.

Tools for Active Traders Availability

Advanced Charting Yes

MetaTrader 4/5 Support No

Spot Trading

At a glance, the Toobit spot trading interface gives you all the key information and trading tools you need to place a trade, without being overwhelming or complex. You can always add or remove features to make it suit your preferred look. There is an integrated TradingView option that lets you easily flick between timeframes and also gives you a range of advanced indicators and drawing tools for in-depth technical analysis.

Toobit’s key competitive advantages include its extensive integration of traditional finance (TradFi) instruments. While it does not have options trading, its TradFi platform lets you trade 200 stocks, precious metals, forex pairs, indices and commodities. You can seamlessly trade major global equities like Tesla, Nvidia, Apple, XAU, EURUSDT, OIL, and lots more without leaving your account.

Toobit’s TradFi platform allows traders to access exposure to the traditional asset classes with one USDT margin account. With contracts denominated in USDT, Toobit removes frictions like banking wire delays, fiat-crypto conversion fees, and account minimums. Traders can move funds seamlessly from your USDT perpetual trade to a tokenized equity trade in seconds.

Desktop Market Discovery

The markets page allows you to get a great overview of all the coins that are available on Toobit. The coins can be scrolled with easy-to-understand prices, 24hr change, and recent highs/lows details. There is also a graph at the top to show which coins are hot, added recently, top gainers, and top losers.

There are filters that you can quickly use to sort out new TradFi, meme, RWA, L1/L2 assets to get a view you like. I like that there is a dedicated Favorite section, where you can add a list of coins, assets, and more that you would like to watch.

Conditional Orders

Toobit supports several execution order types:

  • Market Order: Fills immediately at the best available order book price.
  • Limit Order: Fills only at the specified limit price or better.
  • Trigger/Stop Orders: Activates a limit or market order once the market price reaches a predetermined trigger point.
  • Trailing Stop: Adjusts the stop price dynamically as the market moves in a favorable direction.

API Access

API controls on desktop allow developers to generate up to 20 API keys per account. Permissions can be customized with read, trade, and IP restrictions to secure automated execution setups. Most retail traders will never need these features, but active algorithmic traders are likely to appreciate their availability.

Toobit takes advanced trading tools to the next level with its AI Agent Trade Kit and an AI co-pilot called Synapse. With the AI Agent Trade Kit, you can connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Claude Code to your trading account to natively query and operate Toobit’s market infrastructure using standard natural language.

With this kit, you can use AI models to analyze markets, manage your assets & portfolio, and also to take trades and adjust active positions. This makes Toobit a pioneer in AI-agent-driven crypto trading.

Copy Trading

Like other parts of the desktop app, the copy trading interface is clean and intuitive. I found the page to give priority to the modular grid of verified Lead Traders, allowing desktop users to quickly filter traders using several key performance criteria.

Toobit’s copy trading lets you automatically replicate trades, close signals, and follow up to 5 top traders at the same time. Of the many crypto exchanges I’ve used, it offers one of the most extensive systems. When you click Copy, a modal overlay opens to allow precise customization of risk parameters before committing real capital. There is also a dedicated management tab that I used to monitor active copy trades that I entered.

Convert

Toobit also has a convert feature where you can convert crypto to crypto with no slippage and no explicit fees. It’s a nice tool to have.

My Key Takeaways After Testing Toobit Desktop

In my experience using Toobit on desktop, everything was orderly and quick, comparable to the seamless performance of industry leaders like Binance and Bybit. My overall impression was positive due to several factors:

  • Advanced charting & tools: in addition to supporting detailed technical analysis tools, Toobit has direct TradingView integration for more advanced charting and strategies.
  • Intuitive platform: making it easy to place and manage trades regardless of experience level.
  • Easy-to-use order forms: make it easy to open new positions whilst still offering order customization.

While the overall platform is great, there are still some areas where Toobit can improve upon, most notably adding support for Lite/Advanced versions to help newer crypto users better navigate the platform. Toobit could also introduce more conditional order types.

Mobile App

  • Coin Search: On the Toobit app, the Coin Search tab is at the top, and you can’t miss it. The results update in real-time, which always helped me easily find the asset that I was looking for, including those that have just been listed.

  • Trading Experience: I found trading on the smartphone app was surprisingly similar to the desktop website. The order screen is neatly structured and free from any clutter. Buy and sell buttons are still big enough to avoid accidental taps, and confirmation screens are prominent enough to clearly show key trade information before it is executed. In the test, the market orders were placed immediately.

Limit orders were posted directly in the open orders section and were readily modifiable or cancellable. I didn’t notice any notable lag when using the app for regular trading compared to the desktop platform.

  • Market Discovery: I found market discovery on the Toobit Mobile app to be very easy and readily available on the homepage. Toobit categorizes markets into several useful sections, instead of users having to search manually.

  • Watchlist Management: The watchlist feature is exactly what it promises to be: a list of assets you want to keep track of. It takes just one tap to add or remove assets. A feature I like is that you can continue to watch the same assets on mobile and desktop, with favorite markets always in sync.
  • Price Alerts: From the first time I downloaded the mobile app, I began receiving price alert updates for the top cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum. You can always change the setting to turn this feature off or choose the coins you want to receive price alert updates on.

  • Portfolio Clarity: One of the best features I used on the mobile application is the portfolio management. The assets page includes the following information: total account balance, Spot wallet, Futures wallet, Funding wallet, Unrealized profit and loss, available balances, and transaction history. In my experience, the interface was great, not distracting to users, yet it provides the information required for portfolio management.
  • User Experience: The mobile application looks very similar to the desktop version of the software. Menus are consistent with the logical order. Icons remain consistent. This uniformity makes the learning curve when changing devices much easier for those who want to switch from desktop to mobile.

My Key Takeaways After Testing the Toobit Mobile App

I had a great time using the Toobit mobile app. I found it to be a convenient extension that gave me nearly everything the desktop platform offers, even TradingView integration. Throughout my usage of the app, it ran smoothly at all times and didn’t face any bugs or glitches.

The app is built to be as user-friendly as possible, making it appeal to new and experienced traders. It’s easy to navigate but retains all the advanced trading options available on desktop. While I was satisfied using the app, I would like the addition of the Withdrawal Option on the Asset Overview page, like some other apps I’ve used.

Fees

4.6
How Did We Test The Exchange’s Fees?
Understanding an exchange’s fees can be challenging. To simplify this for you, we carefully examined all the exchange's fee-related documentation and presented it in a clear, easy-to-understand format. Additionally, we conducted hands-on tests for depositing and withdrawing both fiat and crypto to understand all trading, non-trading, and hidden fees. We then compared these real-time test results to the market benchmark we've established through our extensive experience evaluating the industry.
Chart

While trading on Toobit, the low trading fees instantly stood out to me. Its trading fees are much lower than what the average exchange charges in the industry.

💰 Spot trading fees: 0.0750% maker and 0.100% taker

💱Zero Fees: You won’t pay spot fees on established coins; only riskier markets

📉 Futures trading fees: 0.020% maker and 0.060% taker

🚫 No direct bank/wire transfer, with credit/debit card deposit fees

Toobit has a VIP tiered system that reduces the fee you pay as your trading volume increases.

Toobit Spot Maker/Taker Fees

For this review, I looked at the trading fees Toobit charges for basic fees, possible savings with native tokens (not available), and other discount schemes. This method offers a clear view of fee structures and savings for traders of all levels, comparing them to industry standards to assess affordability. These fees don’t apply to established major coins like Bitcoin/Ethereum; for those coins, you pay zero maker/taker fees. The zero fee perk does not apply to API users.

Credit/Debit Card and Third-Party 1.5% – 3.5% (Set by provider e.g., Banxa)
P2P Local Deposit Free (0% platform transaction fee)

Fiat Deposits

One of the major limitations I first noticed when trying to deposit on Toobit was its lack of support for direct bank transfers. There are no direct bank or wire transfers; the fiat routes are cards, third-party processors, OSL Pay and P2P. While there is a small fee for making deposits via credit cards, I enjoyed zero fees when depositing using any of the currencies supported by P2P Express.

Crypto Deposits

Crypto deposits on Toobit are free, and from my testing, I found that Toobit requires fewer network confirmations for crypto deposits. This means your deposits are credited to your account faster than exchanges like Bybit or Kraken.

Leverage and Futures Trading Fees

Toobit offers only perpetual futures trading, and fees are usually charged every 8 hours, depending on the contract, but it can also be every hour. The leverage for most perpetual and stock contract pairs is up to 100x but this can depend based on your position value, the higher the position the lower the leverage. It’s worth noting that the highest leverage offered is 500x but that is exclusively for XAUUSDT perpetual contracts and TradFi pairs.

VIP 6: Maker 0.0060%, Taker 0.0300%

Below is an example of how the fees are calculated

Fee Discounts

There is a program for vouchers for futures trading, and it centers around trial funds. Here is a link to the full instructions on how you can claim these vouchers. When spot trading, you don’t really need a discount because if you trade major pairs, the fee is 0.

How Competitive Are Toobit Fees?

From my experience looking at fees on countless exchanges, Toobit definitely has one of the cheapest fees I’ve paid on any exchange I’ve used. As long as the promotional 0% spot trading fees are in effect, it places it among the top exchanges, and even without the fees are low.

Zero deposit using P2P trading and dynamic withdrawal fees make it a very competitive exchange for buying or selling crypto for users in supported markets, with card and OSL deposits costing more. The only challenge I faced on this exchange was the lack of direct bank deposits, which may be a limitation to many.

Cryptocurrencies Available on Toobit Exchange

4.8
How Did We Test The Exchange’s Available Cryptocurrencies?
For this section, we examined the exchange’s market offerings, assessing the variety of coins and trading pairs available. Using our proprietary database, we compared these results with those of other exchanges. We also evaluated the availability of launchpads and third-party liquidity scores, a highly trusted metric in the crypto world. This comprehensive analysis helps you determine if the exchange offers the specific crypto assets you're looking for.
Chart

This exchange offers a very wide selection of tradable assets, with over 564 cryptocurrencies for spot trading and over 727 markets for futures trading. On Toobit, you will get all the major cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH, down to some of the newest memecoins like WIF, PEPE, and TOSHI.

Launchpad Yes

While using Toobit, I found that their listing strategy involves some of the classic cryptocurrencies as well as newer projects that are gaining traction in the market. The exchange offers numerous top cryptocurrencies in terms of market capitalization and is continually adding more and more new assets to its list.

Toobit’s derivatives offering is one of the firm’s main strengths. The exchange offers hundreds of perpetual futures for cryptocurrencies and more and more altcoins. This enables traders to speculate about the future direction of the price without actually owning the assets. This wide range of perpetual contracts can offer much more flexibility compared to those exchanges that have fewer derivatives.

Toobit adds new coins and announces them via X (Twitter) and Telegram before trading starts. When the platform lists a new crypto, its trading volume tends to spike in the initial weeks after they go public.

This is ideal for traders who want to get exposure to promising new blockchain projects early on. Investors should conduct their own research before investing in any newly listed cryptocurrency and not solely depend on exchange listings. The earlier the project is in the life cycle, the more volatile the price.

Liquidity

Having researched exchanges in the past, Toobit’s liquidity score of 837 on CoinMarketCap is very high, which is great for retail traders because it makes trading more likely to happen near the price they anticipate.

Launchpad

I found the Launchpad on this exchange to be just coming up, with only a handful of projects having launched on it, compared to the likes of Bitget and Binance. However, like others, the Toobit Launchpad provides an avenue for users to get a head start on selected launches ahead of the market. The following is a list of some of the common activities in Launchpad events: new blockchain projects, token subscription periods, and distribution schedules.

The participation criteria are different for each project, but Launchpad provides value for users who are interested in learning about new ecosystems that are developing. Just like Binance Alpha, you buy a token before it goes live and hold until its TGE, which can provide an early entry and potentially higher returns.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1
How Did We Test The Exchange’s Deposits & Withdrawals?
The deposit or withdrawal process can be tricky, with potential hidden fees, longer-than-expected processing times, and limited options in certain countries. To assess an exchange’s offerings, we examined its deposit and withdrawal options, conditions, and fiat currency support. We also conducted real-time testing to evaluate the available options in specific areas and determine the actual fees. Using our proprietary database, we compared these results with those of other exchanges, ensuring a comprehensive, firsthand assessment.
Chart

Toobit exchange currently supports a wide number of fiat currencies for deposits, as well as crypto deposits. While it limits the number of options for some users, I found the options available to be more than adequate, especially if your priority is quick, easy, and cost-effective deposits and withdrawals.

🚫 No direct bank transfers

Third-Party – MoonPay USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, BRL, TRY, CAD, NGN, JPY + 33 other fiat currencies 1-5% -3.5% (according to provider) ~60 Minutes

I found Toobit’s deposit options to be comparable to what you’ll find on most leading exchanges, with the only exception being the absence of direct bank transfers. The near-instant OSL transfers are a plus, with the wide range of supported fiat currencies adding to the appeal of the exchange.

Quick Buy

One of the things I like about Toobit is that they give you a number of options to quickly buy crypto. I also found that its peer-to-peer marketplace supports around 30+ local currencies and alternative payment methods with escrow protection, which makes it a very convenient crypto purchase option for users across the globe.

Withdrawals are one place I faced the most limitations while using Toobit, as the exchange only supports on-chain crypto withdrawals. The lack of direct bank transfers limits you to only being able to withdraw cryptocurrencies. However, if you want to withdraw fiat directly, you will need to use the P2P option available.

Toobit Daily Withdrawal Limits

Crypto (USDT)         Yes

5 BTC Basic KYC

50 BTC Advanced KYC

Cash/Fiat (USD, EUR, etc.)

Toobit may not give you a wide range of withdrawal options, but it gives you a lot more freedom when it comes to daily withdrawal limits compared to most of its competitors. After I completed the first basic KYC check, my withdrawal limit was increased to 5 BTC. Completing the advanced KYC check will increase your withdrawal limit to 50 BTC every 24 hours.

I like the Allowlist, where you can add wallet addresses you want your cryptos to be sent to. With this feature set, you can activate Instant Withdrawals, where you can easily complete withdrawals without the need for a 2FA authentication.

Customer Service

4.3
How Did We Test The Exchange’s Customer Service?
Crypto traders often underestimate the importance of customer support, yet it proves to be a critical aspect during times of crisis. We tested the exchange’s customer support through all available channels, including chatbot, phone, email, and live chat with an agent. Our evaluation focused on the accessibility of live agents, response speed, and the helpfulness and professionalism of their responses. This way, we provide comprehensive insights into whether an exchange can deliver full support when you need it most.
Chart

Toobit offers 24/7 customer service in 12 languages via live chat and email support and also has a very comprehensive FAQ section. I learned that the Toobit chatbot will suggest its FAQ pages related to your query, and while you can quickly be connected to a human agent, the responses aren’t always satisfactory.

Customer Service Test

My experience with Toobit’s customer support was okay. The FAQ section is thorough and covers various topics. While the chatbot initially suggested FAQs that could answer my question, I connected to a support agent in less than a minute after asking the chatbot to speak to a human.

I asked our standard set of questions. While I was impressed by the clarity of some of their answers, some responses were vague, and they won’t answer questions if they don’t have a direct source page for it. I picked up on outdated data in the answer that I was provided with. The agent answered that the Toobit Shield Fund holds $50 million; this was the initial figure of the funds, but as of July 2026, the fund holds $37.78 million. There’s definite room for improvement here.
