The Dow Jones 30 broke higher during the course of the day on Thursday, clearing the 16,500 level. By doing so, and now looks as if the Dow Jones is ready to go much higher, and we are buyers. We are buyers on a break above the top of the range for the session on Thursday, as well as pullbacks and show signs of support. We believe that stock markets around the world are going to get a bit of a reprieve from the selling pressure now that stability seems to have returned.
